Barbecued Spare Ribs ( Grilled ): Medium slabs.

Wash ribs, remove excess fat, strip membrane from inside.

Rub slabs down with salt and pepper.

Place slabs on grill, ( Medium heat 275 degrees ).

Cook for 1 ½ to 2 hrs.

Baste with TAS Hot Q Sauce and turn every 15 min.

Baste both sides with TAS Grilling Sauce 15 min. before taking slabs off grill.

USE TAS SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE WHILE EATING TO ADD MORE ZEST


Barbecued Spare Rib’s ( Oven Baked ) Medium slabs.

Wash ribs, remove excess fat, strip membrane from inside.

Cut ribs into serving pieces, salt and pepper.

Place ribs in oven pan and cover lightly with foil .

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

Remove foil and pour TAS Sauce of your choice over the ribs.

Bake ribs for another Hour.

Baste frequently with the pan liquid.


Country Style Barbecue Ribs ( Oven Baked )

4- Medium onions sliced.

¾ Cup water

¾ Cup of lemon juice

¾ Cup TAS Grilling Sauce ( Hot or Mild ).( For more Zest use TAS Hot Q Sauce ).

3 to 4 lbs. Of Country style ribs ¾” Thick.

Wash ribs and place in Deep oven pan lined with Foil.

Cover ribs with the sliced onion.

Mix ingredients together, and pour over the ribs.

Cover with foil and cook in Pre-Heated oven ( 350 degrees ) for 1 hr. or until tender.

Uncover last 15 min of cooking so the ribs can brown.


OVEN FRIED CHICKEN ( and ) OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS

8 - pieces Chicken or 8 - ¾” Pork Chops.

1 ½ cups self-rising flour.

Gallon size Zip Lock bag.

Mix:

4oz. TAS Salad Dressing

2oz. TAS Hot Q Sauce

2oz. Lemon Juice

2oz. Water

1- tsp Garlic Salt

2- tsp Celery Salt

1- tsp Salt

1- tsp Black Pepper

Put flour in Zip Lock bag.

Dip Chicken or Pork in mixture, put in bag with flour and shake well.

Place Chicken or Pork on baking pan.

Put into pre- heated oven ( 350 degrees ).

Bake 1 hour or until ( Done ) Golden Brown.


TAS SOUTHERN FRIED: ( CHICKEN, CHICKEN TENDERS, CUBED STEAK, PORK CHOPS AND CUBED PORK ).

6 to 8 pieces your choice of meat.

1 - cup self-rising Flour mixed with water into thin blend.

Salt and Pepper meat.

Dip meat in ½ - cup TAS Grilling Sauce (Hot or Mild) or TAS Hot Q for more Zest.

Flour lightly .

Dip meat in thin flour blend.

Place in large deep Skillet pre-heated with ½” cooking oil.

Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Cook Pork, Steak and Chicken tenders about 10 min. each side.

Cook whole Chicken pieces 15 - 20 min. each side.

Serve with Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Biscuit, Rolls or Corn Bread and Iced Tea.

Cubed steak, Cubed Pork and Chicken tender are Great for sandwiches.


Old South Brunswick Stew:

1 - Large Chicken

1 ½ lbs. Lean Pork

1 ½ lbs. Beef

Cook all meat until tender, take off bone, chop or pull.

Cook together:

4- 15oz. Cans diced Tomatoes

1- 15oz. Can Whole Kernal Corn

3lbs. Diced White Potatoes

1 lb. Onions chopped fine

Cook until soft then mash together

Combine all ingredients together in a large cooking pot, with the stock from the meat and vegetables.

Add:

1- cup TAS Grilling Sauce (Zesty or Mild )

or 1-cup TAS Hot Q Sauce ( for more zest )

Salt to taste.

Cook together for 35 to 40 min on medium heat,

Stirring while cooking to keep it from sticking.


 Zesty Potato Salad:

5lbs. Potatoes ( wash good, leave skin on, dice into 1”cubes.)

3- large eggs ( boiled and diced )

1- large onion ( diced fine )

¾ cup TAS salad dressing

Salt and pepper

Place potatoes in large Boiler ( boil until tender ) drain water.

Add diced eggs, diced onions, mix in salad dressing.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Add more salad dressing if needed
