6 to 8 pieces your choice of meat.
1 - cup self-rising Flour mixed with
water into thin blend.
Salt and Pepper meat.
Dip meat in ½ - cup TAS Grilling
Sauce (Hot or Mild) or TAS Hot Q for more Zest.
Flour lightly .
Dip meat in thin flour blend.
Place in large deep Skillet pre-heated
with ½” cooking oil.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown
on both sides.
Cook Pork, Steak and Chicken tenders
about 10 min. each side.
Cook whole Chicken pieces 15 - 20 min.
each side.
Serve with Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes
and Gravy, Biscuit, Rolls or Corn Bread and Iced Tea.
Cubed steak, Cubed Pork and Chicken
tender are Great for sandwiches.
